Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of 1 QA Engineer Automated 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of QA Engineer Automated 3, Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing and the specifications outlined below.

Responsible for performing tests of application workflow processes for the Star+Plus 3 (SP3) pilot program in the Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal (TULIP).

Minimum Requirements: | ||

8 | Required | Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users. |
8 | Required | Strong background in developing test suites in UFT or similar tool. |
8 | Required | Skilled with Database query languages (SQL, PL/SQL) |
6 | Required | Skilled in developing Requirements Traceability Matrices. |
6 | Required | Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts |
6 | Required | Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing |
6 | Required | Experience with general IT SDLC processes. |
4 | Required | Experience using JIRA for managing project/sprint tasks. |
4 | Required | Working in a Agile SDLC environment. |
4 | Required | Experience using Jira to track work assignments. |
1 | Required | Experience working on projects utilizing agile project management methodologies. |
