This is a Life Cycle Management position within the Integration Services, organization.


  • System solutions analysis, creation, while working closely with Business Development to gather customer requirements and specifications and translating those needs into effective solutions to meet customer expectations
  • Drive business and Service Layer & Telecom management solution development with the customer by finding new opportunities based on expanding existing solutions as well as creating new ones.
  • Attend as well as drive customer meetings for specific solutions and different areas.
  • Develop cost estimates and perform project planning including adaptations.
  • Responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customers specifications and business needs.
  • Responsible for short and long-term profitable business by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
  • Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level design phases.


  • BS or MS in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or acceptable combination of equivalent post-secondary education and experience will be considered
  • Minimum 10 years previous experience working in software design and integration within the Telecommunications or IT space is required
  • Solid background working with CDMA and/or GSM applications as well as well as all related protocols is critical
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a direct customer-facing role with related pre-sales responsibilities is ideal
  • Excellent knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Radius, Diameter)
  • Excellent knowledge of UNIX O/S (Solaris, Linux)
  • Solid working knowledge of Databases such as MySQL and Oracle
  • Strong knowledge of XML, SNMP, Corba, LDAP, SOAP protocols
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies (call flow) and related protocols preferred
  • Knowledge of Ericsson products or telecom experience in an Operator (Carrier) environment is highly desired.
  • Datacom experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills are ideal to be able to participate and drive customer meetings, as well as develop solutions.
  • In-depth industry leadership experience in current market trend solutions focused on SD-WAN, SASE, Cloud Native, Azure and Open-Source solutions
  • Deep experience with enterprise routing architectures, Layer 2 Switching, 802.1Q VLANS
  • Experience with Public Cloud, Azure VNET, GCP, VPC • Experience with transit gateway architecture including AWS Direct connect, IGW, VGW, CGW, VPN Tunnels
  • Experience with OpenStack Private Cloud
  • Understanding of VM creation and networking in OpenStack
  • Understanding of VMware SD-WAN architecture including VCO, VCG, VCE
  • Understanding of Cisco SD-WAN architecture including vManage, vSmart, vBond, vEdge, cEdge
  • Understanding of Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Silver Peak
  • Understanding of device onboarding & control plane formation
  • Extensive understanding of DHCP, DNS, DMZ, Zone-based firewall, L2VPN, L3VPN
  • Motivation and leadership skills to lead high performing teams on-shore and off-shore
  • A successful track record in customer-facing leadership roles
  • Ability to interface and lead discussions with C-Level on strategic initiatives
  • Strong communications and presentation skills are must
  • Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality Ability to examine situations from a highly analytical perspective.
  • Ability to take on a leadership role in a team environment.
  • Ability to understand specific needs in which to create or alter solutions.
  • Ability to understand and drive In-Service Performance issues for complex systems.
