We seek a proactive and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing a site’s end-to-end development and managing a team of vendors who are responsible for network deployment of sites. This includes all network deployment milestones, vendor management, and customer reporting. The Project Manager will also act as an intermediary between wireless companies, vendors, contractors and partner companies. This is a remote position!

Candidate must have prior experience with Site Acquisition / Construction as it relates to Infra/Telecom space.

• Oversee and manage customer milestones.  Ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
• Drive the project deliverables for Vendors, Contactors and any third  parties including but not limited to materials orders, materials delivery schedules, integration and optimization, construction, project closeouts, vendor invoicing approvals, cell site drawings, exhibits, renderings, and any other documentation associated with the site development process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports in assigned data base systems, such as Site Tracker.
• Maintain weekly reports (internally and externally) on site development progress and forecasting of internal and customer defined milestones. \
• Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure necessary resources, plan and monitor all activities.
• Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and escalations.
• Manage customer relationship: build confidence and trust, ensure project progress, and arrange meetings and customer events.
• Manage project finance: ensure financial system monitoring.
• Develop new business: Seek new business opportunities from new and existing customers.
• Develop Project Manager role: simplify processes, methods, and tools with innovative ideas.
• Lead virtual teams: provide robust processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Hold vendors accountable to contracts.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Project Manager certification preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience is in wireless site development with background in project managing and negotiating new site development and network operations preferred.
• 5-7 years of Project Management & RAN Network rollout experience preferred.
• Strong project financials experience ($1Million plus).
• Experience with large rollout programs.
• Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of PM methodologies and database systems preferred.
