Must meet the general qualifications of a Systems Analyst – Level 3 and the specifications outlined in this document for the Department of Public
Safety (DPS)
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the DPS. DPS may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. DPS will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s).
DPS implemented PeopleSoft 9.2 Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, Asset Management, and Inventory modules on 9/1/18.
The Worker must have extensive experience in the following:
Experience |
Experience with Business Process Redesign/Reengineering best practices |
Experience with Business/System/Data Analysis and Improvement |
Experience with the development of various reporting mechanisms |
Experience with ERP/CAPPS Financials/PeopleSoft |
Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products |
Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government) |
Experience in process or systems analysis work on any one or combination of the following PeopleSoft modules: general ledger/commitment control, purchasing/e-procurement, accounts payable, inventory, asset management, grant accounting |
PeopleSoft Financials modules implementation or post-go live experience with an emphasis on Business process improvement activities |
